Yes, that’s me – my name is Vlasta Domin! I was accepted into this country in 1983 as a
refugee from then communist Czechoslovakia.
Never ever in my life have I dreamt that I could continue my education, live in incredible
San Diego, the vacation destination where people spend a week vacationing at the
most, and then move to sunny and thriving Arizona in 2005.
With my European background and multi-cultural experiences of living in Spain and
Bulgaria and selling real estate in San Diego, I bring in a fresh multicultural perspective
to my client’s choices of homes while pointing out any underutilized potential and value
for each property.
I bring professionalism, compassion and deep market knowledge to every real estate
transaction. Specializing in adult communities, I guide buyers and sellers through one of
the most important transitions of their lives—whether that’s downsizing, relocating, or
finding a home that fits their evolving lifestyle. I assist my clients in selecting and
creating a strong real estate team that will follow them through their transaction, starting
with my Broker Leolinda Bowers.
My approach is detail-oriented and results-driven. I’m committed to ensuring sellers
receive the highest possible proceeds, while buyers benefit from strong negotiation
strategies and clear, comprehensive contract guidance. My background in contracts and
negotiations allows me to advocate fiercely for my clients while keeping transactions
smooth and stress-free. I listen, I care, and I deliver results!
At the same time, I am passionate about helping people in finding a home – a true
home – not just a house or a roof over their head. I thrive on hearing from my clients
how much they like their home and how right I was to point out the advantages. In
return, I share real estate stories about Czechoslovakian real estate in the 80s. People
can hardly believe that it took 20 +years to obtain a government issued apartment in
Prague, the capitol of Czechoslovakia. There was no private ownership. There was no
wealth building through ownership of real estate. Most apartments were occupied by
families consisting of two and three generations.
I still have to pinch myself that I am here. I wake up every morning treasuring the fact
that this beautiful country has embraced me and has been my home for over four
decades… And that I can help my clients find their next home…
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me exploring museums and galleries, enjoying
time in the kitchen, creating semi-precious stone beaded jewelry, or just taking walks with my pup in the beautiful Sun City Grand. These creative outlets fuel the energy I bring to my business—an energy rooted in curiosity, dedication, and personal
connection.
