I bring an uncommon mix of science, business, and steady professionalism to real estate in Arizona’s active-adult and golf communities. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Grand Canyon University, I began my career as a Chemical Engineer with Phelps Dodge Copper Products, where I developed the analytical, project-management, and problem-solving skills that still shape how I work today.
I later completed a Master’s in Project Management at the Keller School of Business, combining technical thinking with structured execution. That background is the foundation of my real estate practice: logic over emotion, preparation over pressure, and smooth results without drama.
I have been licensed since 2004 and have sold more than 1,000 homes — the majority in Sun City Grand, Sun City West, and other Arizona West Valley 55+ golf and retirement communities. I live the same lifestyle I sell, which gives my clients an advantage when it comes to HOA rules, floor plans, amenities, fees, and neighborhood knowledge that simply can’t be googled.
